Access to course content and online learning materials

Access to all necessary course content (levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and online learning materials is included as long as you are enrolled in level 1, 2, 3 4 or 5 in a group class online or in person at school. To access course materials, you must create a non-transferable account on our website by subscribing to our Toani Membership. Each account is designated for individual use and cannot be shared. Download lessons, worksheets, and printable materials for personal use. If you decide to discontinue your classes, you can retain your access to your course content and online materials for self-study by maintaining your subscription to our Toani Membership. Payment

GROUP CLASSES
Group classes (Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) are booked a month in advance at $2,800 MXN pesos. In order to access the course content and online learning materials, you must subscribe to our Toani Membership which costs $550 pesos per student a month. This fee is already included in the $2,800 pesos monthly total. Payment will be split into two parts: $550 pesos monthly for online access to our Toani Membership, and a separate payment of $2,250 pesos. The $550 pesos is charged automatically every month on autopay, and an invoice will be sent for the remaining amount 7 days before the new month begins. You can cancel or suspend the $550 pesos subscription after completing the program, or when taking long breaks from class but you must keep your account active to access all necessary online lessons, homework, exercises, and other online learning resourses available on our website.

The monthly period begins on the first day of every month and it will be considered a full month when there´s at least 6 hours of class scheduled in advance. If there are less than 6 hours in a particular month, the invoice should be adjusted and calculated at $350 pesos per each hour of class. Please, advise at least 30 days before the new month begins if you need to cancel your classes; failing to notify about withdrawing the class will result in the full monthly tuition being charged for the subsequent month. Missed classes, whether in-person or via Zoom, cannot be carried over for credit in future months. If you decide to discontinue your classes, you can retain your access to the online materials for self-study by maintaining your subscription to our Toani Membership. 

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private sessions are booked a month in advance or by blocks of 10 hours at a time. In order to access the course content and online learning materials, you must subscribe to our Toani Membership which costs $550 pesos per student a month. This fee must be paid in addition to your private sessions tuition. In case class is held outside school, there is a transportation fee of $200 MXN pesos per class (not per hour). You can select the number of classes that you would like to attend each month and arrange the meetings accordingly. Should you need to reschedule a class, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and arrange an alternative time within the same month or week. However, repeated rescheduling should be avoided, with two instances considered reasonable each month unless due to emergencies. Unused credits cannot be carried over beyond a six-month period. No shows are non-reimbursable.
