Your Learning Path

This is the general path we follow at Toani. You may start at a different level depending on your placement interview, but the goal is always the same: help you speak Spanish with more confidence, clarity and real-life use.

Start with your assigned level

If you are taking classes with an instructor, your teacher will guide you through the right lessons. Use this roadmap to understand where you are, what comes next and how the different parts of the platform connect.

Level 1

Foundation Course

Start building useful Spanish with simple sentence structures, essential verbs and pronunciation practice. This level helps you speak from the beginning without getting lost in heavy grammar.

Review

Level 1 Reinforcement

Review basic sentence structure, key verbs, pronunciation and vocabulary before moving forward. This is especially helpful if you want extra practice or if you are returning after a break.

Level 2

Present Tense

Learn how to talk about routines, daily life, places, people and what is happening now. This level gives you more control when building your own sentences.

Level 3

Past Tense

Learn how to talk about past experiences, trips, stories and real situations. This is a key level for joining more natural conversations and preparing for the Conversation Club.

Level 4

Object Pronouns

Practice how to talk about people, things and actions with more natural Spanish. You will work with direct, indirect and reflexive pronouns in real-life sentence patterns.

Level 5

Advanced Tenses

Bring everything together and start using more advanced structures such as past perfect, future, conditional, present subjunctive, commands and more complex conversation tools.

Practice between lessons

Your levels are the main path. Refuerza, the Conversation Club, podcasts, vocabulary and pronunciation tools help you stay active between classes.

Weekly Practice

Use Refuerza tu Español to practice every week with selected exercises, stories, podcasts, vocabulary, pronunciation and extra resources.

Conversation Club

Join guided conversation sessions when you are ready. The Club helps you speak more, gain confidence and use Spanish in a relaxed environment.

Extra Resources

Review cheat sheets, quizzes, pronunciation audios and cultural materials whenever you need extra support or want to explore more Spanish.

You don’t have to do everything at once

Focus on your assigned level first. Then use the extra practice tools to reinforce what you are learning. The goal is not to rush — the goal is to keep moving.
